YONGAKAP
/ MEDEKAP - Veneer Faced Chipboard / MDF
The
natural veneer of the highest quality is
applied on our chipboard and MDF in our high
capacity press facilities. Veneered panels
are served to the use of the market under
the brand names of YONGAKAP (Veneer Faced
Chipboard) and MEDEKAP (Veneer Faced MDF).
Depending on the order of customer, one face
or both faces of the board is veneered (with
either one type or different types of wood),
then the board is packaged and presented to
the appreciation of the customer.
MEDEPAN
- MDF - Medium Density Fiberboard
MDF is an
abbreviation, which is comprised of the
first letters of "Medium Density
Fiberboard". MDF can be shaped like massive
wood, it provides faultless cutting,
piercing and carving with CNC machines MDF
that have clean surface and smooth edges are
very suitable for processes such as
lacquering, painting and melamine coating.
MEDEPAN is a high quality, medium density
fiberboard produced from trees such as
Beech, Oak and
Pine. The tree trunks selected for
production are cleared from their bark with
bark peeling machines. The cleaned wood is
shredded into little pieces by passing
through chipping machine. These pieces,
which are called chips, are separately
stored in silos of hardwood (beech, oak) and
softwood (pine). The chips are separated
into fibers with the processes applied in
refinery units. In the exit pipe glue and
other chemicals are added. After boards are
piled after length cutting and edge trimming
process and transported to semi-finished
product warehouse. The boards, which rest
between 3 to 7 days depending on the
seasonal conditions, are sanded at the
sanding machine and become ready for sale.
MEDELAM
- Melamine Faced MDF
Presented
in a wide range of colors and patterns,
MEDELAM is preferred and used with pleasure
at decoration of all our living places,
kitchens, bathrooms and modular furniture.
Decoration papers, impregnated with melamine
resins, which are priduced according to
special recipies , are pressed with a high-pressure
short cycle press on MDF or Chipboards to
produce MEDELAM. By the chemical processes
during the impregnation, a scratch, fire
and water resistant surface is obtained.
MEDELAM is introduced to the market in Turkey
and many countries in the world with its
wide product range and the fashion
colors of the day and used with appreciation.
MASIFPAN
- Massive Board
Quality
timbers obtained from beech, oak, pine,
spruce and sapelli logs are dried at the
rate 8-12% moisture content and cut into
solid pieces in standard thickness. Cleared
from all defects through automatic knot
cutting equipment, the wood pieces are
joined through finger-joint technology and
MASIFPAN boards are produced and presented
for sale in their package. Our MASIFPAN
board in which D4 norm joining glue is used
is 100% natural and environment friendly.
MASIFPAN, the quality of which is constantly
checked through the tests applied by our
experts in the laboratories, is produced at
European standards. MASIFPAN is the first
solid panel with TSEK certificate in TURKEY.
